Can I book a test on this website?
Online booking is not currently available. Please arrange your visit directly with Pagadian Diagnostic Center and confirm the current schedule and test availability.
Do I need to prepare before my test?
Preparation depends on the requested examination. Ask the laboratory or your healthcare professional for instructions before your visit.
Can I view my results online?
Yes. Your final patient copy includes a short private code beside the QR—a 5-character mix of letters and numbers. Scan the QR or select Patient results, then enter your patient number and code. The QR alone does not unlock results. The code covers only that released order, expires after 30 days, and can be replaced or revoked by the laboratory. Repeated incorrect entries can lock access; ask the laboratory for a replacement code if needed. Keep your report and code private. Paper approval and signatures are handled outside this website.
Who can use Staff Sign In?
The laboratory workspace is for authorized PDC staff only. Patient records and laboratory workflows require a staff account and are not available on this public homepage.
