    Have your details ready

    Use the patient number on your report and the short private code printed beside its QR. The QR opens this page; it does not unlock results.

    Choose your report category

    Requested tests in the same category appear together—for example, hemoglobin and platelet count in one Hematology report. Other categories stay separate.

  3. 03
    Keep your information private

    Anyone with both details can open these results. Keep the printed report private and sign out when you finish, especially on a shared device.

Codes expire after 30 days and may be revoked by the laboratory. Only released results are available here. Paper approval and signatures are handled outside this system.

Open your results

Use the 5-character code (letters and numbers) beside the QR on your final patient copy. Spaces and letter case do not matter. Older codes still work until expiry or replacement.

Repeated incorrect entries can lock access for your privacy. If your code is locked, expired or lost, contact the laboratory for a replacement after confirming your identity. Do not send your code through public messages.
